Volunteering is one of the best ways to get connected at Milestone Baptist Church. Whether it’s greeting guests, playing an instrument, or volunteering at church behind the scenes – God’s given you unique talents to help build His church. Let’s help you find the perfect team to put them into action. Follow the 2 steps below to get involved.

1. Find your team:

  • Be the first to welcome guests and make them feel at home. From the parking lot to greeting people at the door to showing our first-time guests the best seats in the house – you’ll play an important role in helping every person feel seen, valued, and ready to experience God’s life-changing presence.

  • Every weekend, our church is led by talented and committed musicians who make up our worship team. This team serves the mission of our church by creating an atmosphere that helps people experience God's presence.

  • Join the campus production team and help create powerful worship experiences for your local community. Whether you're running cameras, setting lighting, or throwing lyrics, you'll be making a direct impact on how people connect with God at your campus.

  • Nursery Caregiver

    Join our warm and welcoming team in the nursery at Milestone Baptist Church! As a Nursery Caregiver, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment for our littlest members, ages 0-3.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Providing attentive care and supervision for infants and toddlers.

    • Engaging children in age-appropriate activities to promote development and foster a sense of community.

    • Ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming space for children and parents.

    • Building strong relationships with families, creating a supportive atmosphere that encourages them to feel at home.

    We are looking for friendly, reliable volunteers who share our passion for nurturing the faith and development of children. No prior experience is necessary—just a big heart and a willingness to learn!

  • Shape the future generation by serving with Milestone Kids. Engage kids from 1st through 5th grade with fun Bible lessons, worship, and activities that build a strong foundation of faith. Whether working directly with children or supporting behind the scenes, you'll create an environment where kids grow in their relationship with God and love coming to church.
